Refund & Cancellation Policy – Nila Jobs

At Nila Jobs, we strive to provide reliable recruitment services to both employers and job seekers. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.


1. Job Seeker Services

  • Creating a Nila Jobs account and applying for jobs is free unless otherwise specified.
  • Payments made for optional premium services, resume services, or featured profile services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or delivered.
  • If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

2. Employer Services

  • Payments made for job postings, subscription plans, resume database access, featured listings, or promotional services are non-refundable once the service has been activated or the job has been published.
  • Employers may cancel future subscription renewals before the next billing cycle, if applicable.

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same service.
  • Payment deducted but the service was not activated due to a verified technical issue.
  • Transaction processed incorrectly because of a system error.
  • Any other case approved by Nila Jobs after review.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchasing a service.
  • Low response or fewer job applications than expected.
  • Incorrect information entered by the user.
  • Suspension or termination of an account due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Services that have already been delivered or fully utilized.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Cancellation

  • Orders or subscriptions may be cancelled before activation, where technically possible.
  • Once a paid service has been activated, published, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
